Scope
Where a traditional Résumé is limited on the description of performing job function(s), this website serves to better encapsulate the qualities of the invidual on a broader spectrum. Significant emphasis is still placed on compentency and abilities pertinent to performing job functions as a Software Professional. As such, the abilities of Diego De La Puente include those skillsets that are directly or indirectly transferable to Software Web Development. These 'transferable' skillsets include those acquired through work related experiences as a Software QA (Tester), collegiate coursework at the undergraduate level and graduate level. Of Supreme importance is the concept of 'continuous improvment'; implementation is essential to our survival in our dynamic landscape of career, industry ..Life. Therefore, any skillset shortages displayed herein that might initially seem as reason for concern are quickly countered by the tenacity and dedication to 'continuous improvement' for the individual of focus: Diego De La Puente.
Career
I work as a Software QA Analyst in San Francisco for Wells Fargo. It is my career objective to enter the Software Development Arena. As preference it would be nice to work on Developing SVP.
Skills
Core Skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript which drive this website. Java at the Novice level. Native in the Hogan Mainframe Application and UNIX OS environments.
Education
With a high attention to detail and a keen ability to handle complexity I earned a BS in Finance. By trade I am a Software Professional having continued on a Computer Science track post undergrad.
Please feel free to peruse through my site to gain a better understanding as to my competence as a Software Professional. To a lesser extent I have items that are not directly related to a Software Profession, however I belive that it is important to understand the character as a whole.
